User Researcher – Public Sector (6-Month Contract)

Harvey Nash Group is seeking a User Researcher for a public sector client on a 6-month contract inside IR35 with a negotiable day rate. The role involves delivering user research across the service lifecycle within an agile, multidisciplinary team.

You’ll conduct interviews, usability testing, contextual research and workshops, translate findings into actionable insights, and champion accessibility throughout development. Public sector experience is advantageous.
