Senior Manager, M&A Tax — Hybrid, AI-Driven Deals

Unity Advisory in Mayfair, London, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of M&A and transactional tax engagements, advising on UK and international deal structuring, due diligence, SPA tax input, and post-deal integration.

You’ll bring solid M&A or transactional tax experience from a Big 4, top-tier advisory firm, or law firm, and be comfortable running workstreams end-to-end while working closely with our Directors and Partners.
