Service

• Provide a high level of customer experience for every customer.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain client communication as a MK Ambassador through utilizing all available clientelling Apps and tools.
• Proactively manage the CRM database.

Sales

• Use product knowledge resources to become a confident selling expert..
• Understand business performance and identify opportunities to drive sales

Operations

• Operate cash registers and ensure proper functioning of all related devices.
• Accurately process payments and follow company policies for returns and refunds.
• Support opening and closing procedures for tills in line with company guidelines. Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Attention to detail in maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
• Comfort or willing to learn the technology instore, to support sales and customer experience.
