Catch22 is recruiting a Case Worker – Mental Health to provide one-to-one tailored support to young people and families involved in County Lines activity. You will work within a multi-agency team to ensure safeguarding, assess risks, and adapt care planning to individual needs. Travel across the regional area and occasional evenings/weekends are required.
Hybrid working arrangements are available where service delivery allows, and a full driving licence is required to fulfil duties.
