GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join an SEMH school in Wakefield. You will support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, building strong relationships and helping them re-engage with learning throughout the school day.
The successful candidate will be patient, resilient and committed to making a difference, with experience in SEMH or related settings being highly beneficial. Team Teach training is available.
