Trauma-Informed Support Officer for Young People

Ty Parc in Abergavenny is recruiting a Support Officer to help five care-experienced young people aged 16+ move towards independence. You’ll hold your own caseload, lead on assessment, support planning and risk management, and line manage a small team of support assistants.

You’ll work in a psychologically informed, trauma‑informed way, delivering tailored support, safeguarding, on-call cover, and regular supervision. We offer training and EAP to help you grow with the project.
