Social Worker, Learning Disability Team – Impactful Care

Midlothian Council is seeking a Social Worker for the Learning Disability Team at Fairfield House. The role is permanent and 36 hours per week, with a pattern Monday–Friday. The post requires PVG membership and SSSC registration, with a focus on assessment, care management and multi-team collaboration.

The successful candidate will work with adults with learning disabilities, including those with complex needs, and liaise with care providers and health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
