Casual Relief Residential Worker — Nurturing Youth Homes

Aberlour Child Care Trust is seeking relief workers to join our casual pool in Fife, Scotland. You will provide support across four residential houses during staff shortages and busy periods, helping to create safe, nurturing homes for children and young people who have experienced trauma.

We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds; childcare experience is ideal, but transferrable skills from other sectors are also encouraged. Training is provided to help you develop.
