Residential Support Worker — Shape Futures for Youth

Action for Children in Newport is seeking a motivated Residential Support Worker to provide a safe, nurturing home for our young people. You will build trusting relationships, support with personal care, and work alongside experienced colleagues to develop your practice within a warm, child-centred team.

In this permanent role, you will lead case and care planning, assess and manage risk, coordinate with multi‑agency partners, and help residents learn new skills and gain independence.
