Evening 2:1 Support Worker for a Youth with Complex Needs

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate female Support Worker to provide 2:1 care for a young girl in Bridgend, delivering personal care, daily routines and community activities after school hours.

The role requires calm support during transitions, building trust with the client and their family, and helping activities in the community. Experience with learning disabilities, epilepsy, or cerebral palsy is welcomed, and a full UK driving licence is required.
