Site Energy & Sustainability Leader, RECON Program

PepsiCo UK is seeking a passionate leader to drive the site’s Sustainability and Resource Conservation (RECON) agenda in Leicester. You will develop and deliver strategies to reduce energy, water and waste while supporting operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Working with Engineering, Operations and Leadership, you will champion a culture of sustainability, embed conservation into daily activities, and build a multi-year energy saving program across a 24×7 manufacturing environment.
