Senior Area Property Operations Manager — On-Site 4x/Week

CLIENT is seeking an Area Property Operation Manager to lead facilities and property operations across Warrington & Cheshire, four days on site. The role requires strong FM and property discipline expertise and broad operational responsibilities.

You will manage security, maintenance and services, monitor internal performance against safety, costs and quality, and drive compliance with statutory requirements. Initial contract length is 31/1/27 with a day rate of £550 umbrella.
