3rd Line Data Engineer – 24×7 On-Call Support

BT Group is seeking a technical engineer to provide 24×7 data services support across London, Sheffield, Belfast, Birmingham or Manchester. You will resolve incidents and service requests, coordinate with vendors, and drive improvements across the service lifecycle.

Candidate should have experience in managed services, CCNA/CCNP or equivalent, and strong organisation and communication skills to own issues end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
