Field Sales Growth Manager – Lubricants & Accounts

Certas Energy is recruiting a commercially driven Field Sales Business Development Manager to grow our Independent Workshop Sector portfolio across the South East, promoting Castrol lubricants and value-added programmes.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will manage existing IWS customers, identify new opportunities, build relationships through regular visits, and deliver against sales targets while ensuring compliance and excellent customer experience.
