Staff AI Engineer for Hardware Design & Verification

Arm is seeking a Staff Hardware AI Engineer to build AI-enabled automation that accelerates hardware design and verification, bridging deep hardware knowledge with AI tooling and collaborating with Architects to scale AI-powered methods across engineering teams.

You will prototype solutions, evaluate AI tools for EDA, and drive adoption through demos, onboarding guides, and hands-on training. Strong RTL/verification experience with AI fluency and clear communication are essential.
