Remote Security Support Engineer — Night/Weekend Shifts

Securitas Technology UK is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to provide remote diagnosis and triage of field-installed systems. You will log and track customer interactions, diagnose issues, and support engineers during installations, upgrades, and servicing.

This role requires strong networking/IP knowledge, experience in electronic security systems, and the ability to work late shifts from 4:00pm to 8:00am, including weekends, with a day off per week.
