Senior Building Safety & Compliance Lead – Social Housing

Goodman Masson is partnering with a social housing provider to appoint a Head of Building Safety & Compliance on a permanent basis in Birmingham. The role demands strategic oversight of safety governance, fire safety, structural compliance and regulatory reporting to ensure all homes and communal areas meet statutory requirements.

You will lead a team, set policy, drive improvement across maintenance programmes, and work closely with external auditors, residents, and senior management.
