Cleansing Team Lead — Flexible Citywide Operations

Leicester City Council’s Cleansing Services is seeking a supervisor to manage and motivate a team of Cleansing Operatives across the city.

You will conduct daily site inspections, ensure training, safety and productive work, and coordinate with managers while covering shift patterns. Full UK driving licence is required. The role offers flexible hours, annual leave and pension benefits with travel across Leicester.
