Inclusion Support Specialist for At-Risk Students (Secondary)

Teaching Personnel is recruiting an Inclusion Support Assistant for Sunderland secondary schools, with immediate starts and long-term placements. This is a specialist role focused on keeping vulnerable and at‑risk students engaged with mainstream education and preventing unnecessary exclusions.

You will work in inclusion and pastoral teams, delivering targeted 1:1 and small group support, building trust with complex students, and supporting reintegration after exclusion or prolonged absence.
