Family Support & Parenting Specialist (Norfolk)

Action for Children in Norwich is seeking a Family Support Practitioner to work with children and their families to overcome challenges, improve wellbeing and help create safer home environments.

You will deliver parenting programmes, respond to referrals, communicate with parents and partners, and maintain accurate case notes, while traveling across city districts and South Norfolk as required.
