Care South in Fairlawn, Ferndown is seeking a Senior Care & Support Assistant to lead care teams and deliver person-centred care. You will supervise Care Assistants, plan and administer care, and promote independence while maintaining dignity and safety for residents.

The role requires prior care experience, care planning and medication administration, plus an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care with progression towards Level 3.
