Skanska Costain STRABAG Joint Venture is recruiting a Change Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on a portion of the HS2 London Tunnels contract. You will control costs, manage compensation events and ensure contract compliance while collaborating with project teams, clients and supply chain partners.
The role requires extensive NEC experience, a quantity surveying/ commercial background and strong negotiation skills to prepare and evaluate change quotations.
