CNC Miller & Programmer – Flexible Hours, Bonus & Pension

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of Meritus for a CNC Miller Setter/Programmer/Operator in Christchurch, Dorset. The role offers an hourly rate of £18–£20 and a permanent contract. You’ll program, set and run CNC milling machines to tight tolerances, with opportunities to inspect and improve processes.

You’ll work with Fanuc and Haas controls, interpret drawings, select tooling, and contribute to manufacturing documentation while maintaining safety and quality standards.
