Business Development Manager – Recruitment (Uncapped)

Kenect Recruitment in Scotland is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager for our Lothian office. This new‑business role focuses on identifying, engaging and converting prospective clients across Kenect’s core markets, from research and prospecting through to proposals and onboarding.

You will own the development journey, build a structured sales pipeline, present to senior decision-makers, negotiate terms and coordinate handover to delivery teams.
