Design Manager – Water Sector

Overview

In this role you lead a multidisciplinary design team to deliver major water projects from concept to detail design. You will collaborate with clients across the UK, influence technical delivery, and drive value through design & build and owners engineer services. Responsibilities

• Lead the design team to deliver projects from concept through detailed design
• Oversee all aspects of delivery including design & build, detailed design, and owners engineer services
• Plan and direct technical delivery, coordinating with clients and multiple disciplines
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure value and service excellence
• Leverage the global network of experts to deliver cutting-edge designs

Key requirements

• Experienced Engineer with strong technical expertise in Civils, Mechanical & Electrical, Process or similar disciplines
• Demonstrable experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• Chartered with a relevant engineering institution preferred; support available to achieve
• Experience on major projects is highly desirable
