Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver hydrogeological work across project types
• Coordinate field-based monitoring and sampling activities
• Supervise drilling operations and pumping test design/analysis
• Perform data analytics and numerical groundwater modelling
• Conduct geochemical and hydrochemical analyses
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and stakeholders
• Mentor and develop junior hydrogeologists
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Engage with regulatory, policy and business contexts shaping client projects
• Support colleagues toward professional accreditation (chartered status)

Key requirements

• MSc in Hydrogeology, PhD, or substantial post-graduate hydrogeology experience
• Comfortable navigating regulatory, business and policy environments
• Strong written and oral communication
• Professionalism, good time management and flexibility
• Rigour in quantitative analysis and data management
• Commitment to pursuing chartership with ICE
• Experience delivering practical hydrogeology projects
