Youth Mental Health Community Team Lead

Central Norfolk Youth Mental Health Service, part of Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking a Community Team Leader for Central Youth South. You will work alongside the Clinical Team Manager and Clinical Nurse Specialist, providing clinical and operational leadership across the team and promoting a values‑based culture.

You will ensure supervision, appraisal and personal development planning are in place, allocate caseloads efficiently, and provide advice to the clinical team.
