BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its UK & Ireland Legal Services team. The successful candidate will provide responsive, pragmatic, and cost-effective legal advice to manage risk across Infrastructure, Construction, and Ireland segments.
Responsibilities include non-contentious transactional support, advising on main contracts and subcontracts, drafting bespoke and standard contracts, and managing claims and dispute resolution strategies.
