CNTW is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Lead to join our adult acute inpatient wards at Hopewood Park Hospital. The role involves acting as deputy to the ward manager and coordinating evidence-based patient care while supervising nursing staff.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery-focused inpatient mental health services. The post requires delivering compassionate, safe care and facilitating clinical practice across shifts.
