Community Nurse – Home Visit Care (Adult)

NHS Ayrshire and Arran is offering a Community Staff Nurse role based at Biggart Hospital on a permanent basis. The post is 29.6 hours per week, with Mon–Fri 08:30–17:00 pro rata and weekend work commitment. A UK driving licence is essential for this role.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for diverse community groups, supervise staff in the absence of the Charge Nurse, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills while working across different settings.
