Cygnet is seeking a House Manager for The Sycamores, a 9-bed residential service in South Normanton, Derbyshire. You’ll lead the team, direct the service’s strategic direction, ensure compliance with CQC and relevant regulators, and deliver high-quality resident care while engaging staff.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in social care, and the ability to drive clinical governance, investigations, and service development. DBS check will be required.
