Dual-Registered Care Services Manager — Lead & Grow

Glenholme Specialist Healthcare is seeking an ambitious Registered Manager to lead two dual-registered Supported Living services in Enfield and North Finchley. You will shape service development, recruit and coach high-performing teams, and drive person-centered care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will report to the Regional Operations Manager and oversee referrals, assessments, and personalised plans while ensuring compliance with CQC standards and governance.
