Local Service Manager – Disability Care & Living

Sanctuary Group’s Clover Court, Lowestoft, is seeking a Local Service Manager to lead the day-to-day running of a 20-person disability service. You’ll be backed by a network of specialist teams and responsible for staff of around 50–60, ensuring safe, valued care.

The role focuses on achieving outstanding outcomes for people supported, managing budgets and compliance with CQC, plus developing relationships with families, commissioners and partner agencies.
