THG Ingenuity is seeking a senior client-account leader to manage one of the Fulfil portfolio’s largest accounts. You will oversee governance, reporting, and cross-functional delivery across warehouse operations, transport, IT/integrations, ISC and commercial teams.
You will interact with client leadership and THG executives, owning escalation management, delivery timetables, and commercial alignment while developing deep expertise in a major account.
