Lead Children’s Home Manager – 4-Bed, EBD Support & Growth

Brook Street in Burntwood, Staffordshire is seeking a Registered Manager (or experienced Deputy) to lead a 4-bed children’s residential home for 8-17 year olds with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

You will provide strong leadership, ensure high care standards, oversee care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding, and work with Local Authorities and social workers to prepare for Ofsted inspections. This role offers a stable leadership position in a supportive team.
