Senior SRE Lead – Resiliency, AI-Driven Incidents

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to shape the future of our global platforms within the Athena Core team. You will lead resiliency reviews, guide engineers, and drive AI-enabled reliability across the SDLC to minimize incidents and maximize service levels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to define SLOs, apply best practices in observability, and mentor teams while owning critical incident response and architectural decisions.
