CAPEX Engineering Project Manager | On‑Site Delivery

Thames Water Utilities Limited in Oxford/Witney is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead end-to-end CAPEX projects across operational sites and estates. You will scope, tender, procure and deliver mechanical, electrical, and ICA schemes while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will be on-site five days a week, travel to multiple sites, and manage budgets, schedules, and handover to operations as part of the Capital Maintenance Project Team.
