Site Based Building Fabric Engineer

UK FM division of a group of construction companies who are market leaders in their respective fields. The FM division manages stand alone hard services contracts and fully integrated TFM contracts.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Site Based Fabric Engineer based in the East Midlands within a large commercial building. You will be responsible for general building fabric maintenance and including PPM,s, minor plumbing , carpentry, painting and decorating etc.

The Person:

It is essential that you have experience as a building fabric technician working in an FM environment and ideally have some basic plumbing or carpentry experience.

Salary and Package:

Basic Up to £36,000 (40 hours per week) Mon – Fri
