Senior Team Manager — Integrated Community Mental Health

BCP Council seeks an experienced Team Manager to lead two Integrated Community Mental Health Teams in the East area, overseeing up to 10 staff. You will supervise statutory adult social care work, manage risk and safeguarding, and drive service improvement across two locations with a focus on safe discharge and person-centred practice.

The role requires a recognised professional qualification with current registration and AMHP status is highly desirable.
