Head of Health & Safety, Multi-Site Leader

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Health & Safety to lead our safety agenda across a national multi-site portfolio of care homes. You will shape policy, drive compliance, and embed a proactive safety culture with Operations, Estates and Quality teams.

You will provide expert guidance on COSHH, fire safety, legionella, inspections and investigations, and develop robust auditing and reporting frameworks to support continuous improvement across the business.
