Senior Health & Safety Transformation Leader

Freeths seeks a senior Health & Safety professional to lead a firm-wide transformation, embedding a robust H&S framework across the business and driving a mature operating model. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver practical improvements and ensure governance, risk management and accountability align with strategic objectives.

You will shape policies, drive risk-based decision making and build internal capability for lasting H&S excellence across a multi-site organisation.
