Residential Care Worker – Therapeutic Child & Family Support

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking a Residential Care Worker for its Small Group Homes and Woodview service in Stoke-on-Trent. You will deliver high-quality, individualized care and support to children and young people, using restorative practice to build trust and contribute to care plans.

You will work evenings, weekends and sleep-ins as part of a rota, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding, education and wellbeing, and you may provide outreach in the family home or community.
