Hybrid Charity Finance Partner & Strategic Advisor

TEAM is expanding and seeks a Finance Business Partner to lead financial delivery for a portfolio of charity clients. Based at their Derbyshire office with remote connections, you’ll act as the trusted advisor to senior charity leaders.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning, support donor reporting, manage year-end processes and line-manage a Finance Assistant. 2–3 office days weekly, 35 hours, flexible working considered.
