Retail Real Estate Growth Lead – UK & Ireland

SKECHERS USA, Inc. in the UK & Ireland is seeking a commercially minded Real Estate Development Manager to identify, negotiate and deliver new Skechers stores across the region, from flagship concepts to outlets.

You’ll lead due diligence, coordinate with design and construction, build strong landlord relationships and ensure projects open on time, with regular travel to site locations. Reporting to the Director of Real Estate, Europe, you’ll turn market insights into actionable store openings.
