The SEA Change team provides live service management for the Environment Agency’s Power Platform-based Portfolio, Programme and Project Management capability. The Digital service specialist will lead on operational processes, user guidance and the transition of new functionality to live operation.
Working with a product manager and developers, you will design and embed service processes, enable adoption and deliver continuous improvement across directorates.
