Banking Customer Support Specialist — Dundee

Bank of Scotland in Dundee is hiring for a full-time Customer Support role based at Murraygate. You will work 35 hours per week, including one in three Saturdays, with standard hours 9:00am–5:00pm Mon–Fri and potential rota adjustments.

Salary starts at £26,200 and rises to £26,950 after 6 months. You’ll assist customers face-to-face, support everyday banking tasks, and help clients use online and mobile banking while promoting the bank’s digital services.
