Job Description:
Adopt North East is seeking an Adoption Support Worker on a maternity cover basis. Based with the Family Connections Service, you will provide direct support to families affected by adoption, including maintaining birth family relationships and enabling positive outcomes for children.
Applicants should have a Level 3 qualification in Child Care, Health or Community/Youth work or equivalent, plus relevant experience with children, young people and families.
