East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, working at Conquest Hospital, invites applications for a Rehabilitation support worker to join the Trauma & Orthopaedic team. You will support patients with rehabilitation programmes and assist in promoting independence during active recovery.
You will work closely with both Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy teams as part of the MDT, with supervision from registered practitioners providing accurate feedback.
