Tower Supplies seeks an experienced Internal Account Support for our office-based Cruise division in Poole, Dorset. You will handle frontline customer support, manage orders from receipt to fulfilment, and stay up to date with cruise ship movements to offer timely resolutions.
You will respond professionally to emails, coordinate deliveries, manage 3PL stock, and work with ERP/CRM systems and Excel/Smartsheet to keep data accurate and on schedule.
