CoreWeave, the Essential Cloud for AI, seeks a Senior Counsel, Commercial to lead complex international transactions across EMEA and APAC. You will draft and negotiate term sheets, MSAs, and vendor agreements, structure cross-border deals, and advise senior leadership on legal risk while scaling repeatable processes for Omni and related SaaS/infrastructure deals.
Qualified solicitors in England & Wales with 6+ years PQE, in-house tech experience, and strong drafting skills are essential.
